A community-centered celebration of movement, artistry, and collective joy.

Dancing Grounds’ annual Winter Jam brings together youth, adults, artists, and neighbors from across New Orleans for an afternoon of dance, conversation, and connection. This festive fundraiser celebrates the transformative power of movement and the magic of our multigenerational community.

The event will feature dynamic youth and adult performances, interactive art and movement activations, and behind-the-scenes conversations that lift up the voices and stories of the DG family. Guests can explore creative stations; enjoy local food and music; and join in community dance moments that invite everyone to move together.

Throughout the day, we’ll honor the artists, educators, and supporters who keep DG thriving—and invite our community to dream with us toward the future. Winter Jam is a joyful reminder that when we move together, we build the world we want to see.
